A model scale plant would produce 3 MT per month of raw nata de coco; it also serves to study and perform troubleshooting activities for nata growers.

Makapuno Embryo Culture


Techniques in embryo culture for mass propagating seedlings are improved and demonstrated. Germination rate achieved is 98%. Over-all success rate ranges from 67% to 76%.
